To promote corporate compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, the RBA Committee is established with the roles of Chairperson, Management Representative, Executive Committee Member, Executive Secretary, and Promotional Committee Member. The committee will discuss, coordinate, and make recommendations on matters related to the RBA Code of Conduct, and regularly publish the results of committee meetings to ensure clarity for all personnel.

【Responsibilities of Management Representative】
The Management Representative is responsible for supervising the implementation and maintenance of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)
Code of Conduct and represents the company's general manager to carry out the following tasks:
- Represent the company externally in matters related to RBA Code of Conduct verification, guidance, education and training.
- Internally supervise the effective operation of the RBA Code of Conduct, management manuals, related procedures, and operational standards to ensure the participation, communication, and disclosure of information among internal/external stakeholders.
- Make decisions on the resolution of issues arising from the implementation of the RBA Code of Conduct management system.
- In relation to procedures or operations involving commercial confidentiality, responsible for presenting the adequacy of control measures to stakeholders or relevant verification units.
- Responsible for the annual operation planning and budget review of the RBA Code of Conduct, regularly convening management review meetings to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the RBA Code of Conduct management system.
- Report regularly to the management team on the implementation status and recommendations of the RBA Code of Conduct management system, providing considerations for management decision-making.
【Employee Representative Responsibilities】
Through the participation of employee representatives in the "Health, Safety, and Environment Committee" and "Labor-Management Meetings,
" our company is involved in RBA-related issues.
- The duties of the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee's labor representative are outlined in the "Appointment Letter for Health, Safety, and Environment Committee Labor Representatives," and they have the authority to perform the following tasks:
- Represent employees in the development and review of policies and safety and health work regulations and procedures to manage risks.
- Participate legally in hazard identification, risk assessment, accident investigation, and operational environmental monitoring.
- Assist in consulting on any changes that may affect the environmental safety and health of the workplace.
- Our company guarantees that persons who participate in the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee and employee representatives will not be discriminated against, harassed, intimidated, or retaliated against as a result of their membership in or participation in the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee.
- Employee representatives can maintain contact with the employees they represent at the workplace.
- Attend meetings related to the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee and management system to enhance communication, consultation, and review with senior management.
- Employee representatives in the labor-management meeting have the following duties, as stated in the "Appointment Letter of Employee Representatives in the Labor-Management Meeting":
- Participate in coordinating labor-management relations and promoting labor-management cooperation matters.
- Participate in discussions of labor conditions, such as agreeing to extend working hours, implementing flexible working hours, and allowing women to work at night.
- Participate in planning of employee welfare matters.
- Participate in matters to improve work efficiency.
