Winstek exercise due diligence on the source and chain of custody of Gold, Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, Cobalt and Mica. In the materials used (for example, solder ball, gold wire, substrate and lead frame) to reasonably assure that they are sourced in a way consistent with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas or an equivalent and recognized due diligence framework.

It is the responsibility of a Winstek employee to report any violations to the Ethics. Compliance RBA Management Committee promptly or make a report/complaint pursuant to the Whistleblower Procedures Policy.
